RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Each Unlimited Media Android TV Box comes with a 30 day hardware warranty and a 7-day money-back guarantee.
If for any reason, other than the functionality of the box, you would like to return, the shipping date must be within 7 days of your purchase.
If your box is not working properly, you can contact our tech support staff, via our Facebook Page (Facebook.com/UnlimitedMediaCanada) & Support Group, to complete the troubleshooting process.
Repair or replacement will be determined once the box is received.
A $50 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds for restocking and processing charges.
Premium TV subscriptions are non-refundable.
Wireless Keyboards are final sale & are non-refundable.

Unlimited Media Refund Policy
All refunds are handled Monday through Friday (10am-9pm EST).
We offer customers full refunds up to 7 days with a receipt.
Credit Card refunds are processed through our corporate office.
Cash customers are processed through our corporate office and paid using a business check or money order that will be mailed to the customer’s address.
The normal processing time is up to 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Our Customer/Product Warranty:
We offer all our customers a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty on the hardware from the date of original purchase.
To claim the manufacturer’s warranty, the faulty Android Box must be shipped back to Unlimited Media at which point we ship overseas to the manufacturer.
Shipping to Unlimited Media is covered by the customer.
The time frame for a response from the supplier varies but Unlimited Media will message customers of updates as received.
Note – the only exception to the ability to claim the warranty is any evidence of water damage, misuse, and Acts of God or Nature.
